I tried to be a grumpy old man but it's such hard work. Also, I'm really the same person I was at 24. (What happened to wisdom with age?) In the spirit of inclusiveness I take aim at any and all subjects as they pop up into the sights, with writing stuff always in season. A light touch is best but sometimes you just have to blast away.
